We Combine Expertise and Compassion to Deliver Comprehensive Care

  • Assistance with grooming and hygiene
  • Blood pressure, weight and glucose monitoring 
  • Community resource education and referral
  • Diabetic foot checks
  • Foot and nail care
  • Individual and group therapeutic exercise and activities
  • Medication management, medication administration and education
  • Memory stimulation and dementia care
  • Nutritional counseling and health education
  • Retraining in activities of daily living 
  • Seizure monitoring
  • Tube feeding
  • Walking program and fall prevention
  • Wound care and catheter management 
A caregiver support group is also offered once a month to provide education and support to families and caregivers of individuals with dementia.

The energetic, supportive atmosphere is punctuated by activities in which all can participate regardless of individual limitations. Activities are designed to be informative, fun and therapeutic. A sampling of therapeutic activities includes health education, music groups/entertainment, therapeutic bingo, gardening, American Sign Language, small group cooking, art, woodworking, ukulele group, and holiday celebrations.
