Tools for the Journey

Three-hour workshop offers practical resources and strategies for how to live fully despite the challenges of cancer. Included are breath work, guided imagery, group support and information about healing tools and resources. This program is offered at no cost to anyone who has been affected by cancer, whether their own diagnosis or the diagnosis of someone in their life, and will be facilitated by a licensed professional with an extensive background in working with those affected by cancer. Each attendee will receive information about self-care, as well as other helpful resources.
