New Orthopedic Surgeon Joins MultiCare Covington Clinic
COVINGTON, WA- Michael Han, MD, has joined the MultiCare Orthopedics and Sports Medicine program in Covington.
Dr. Han is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who is also fellowship trained in sports medicine. His special interests include arthroscopic knee and shoulder surgery and total joint arthroplasty. Both arthroscopic and arthroplasty procedures are types of minimally invasive surgery that requires small incisions and allow for quicker healing and better outcomes.
Dr. Han received his medical training at Stanford University. He went on to complete his internship and residency at the University of California, San Francisco, and fellowship in Sports Medicine at the Lake Tahoe Orthopaedic Institute. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and Arthroscopy Association of North America.
