You can search for job openings that match your qualifications by clicking the "Job Search" link. Clicking the "Job Search" link will take you to our job posting site. It is organized into four "portals" to help you quickly find the jobs that most closely match your skills and interests:
Once you enter a specific portal, you will be able to narrow your job search further using criteria such as shift, location or specialty. This query will give you a list of open jobs. Click on a job title to see the complete posting for each position.
From the job posting, you have three options:
"Submit now" takes you to a sign-on screen. You can create a candidate profile that will be forwarded to the recruiter for the job you were reviewing. Creating the candidate profile is an important first step in being considered for a job with MultiCare. Please write down the username and password you select when creating your applicant profile. You will need this information each time you use MultiCare's job posting system. MultiCare recruiters do not have access to your username or password.
"Submit a profile without selecting a job" will also take you to a sign-on screen that enables you to create a candidate profile. However, this profile will only be submitted to our general candidate pool. Our recruiters will only see your profile if it comes up in a general search of the candidate pool. However, once your profile is in the system, you can log back in and use the "Submit now" function to apply for a specific job; which will now be forwarded to a recruiter for the job in which you applied.
"Add to job cart" will put the job in a virtual "shopping cart" until you are ready to begin your profile. This function works best when you have had several jobs come up as potential matches. (Note: You can apply for up to 5 jobs at at time using this feature.) To return to the other jobs that matched your criteria, click on the "View Search Results" link.
Allow 30-45 minutes of uninterrupted time for the total process so you can be as thorough as possible. Before starting your profile, make sure you have all the necessary information:
Employment history: Dates of employment, job titles, supervisor(s) names, job duties, accomplishments, and contact information for references.
Education: Schools attended, graduation dates, diplomas or degrees, special certifications.
Licensure/Certifications/Awards: License or certification type, number, date issued and expiration dates.
References: Name, job title, phone number and e-mail address. Most references should be past supervisors.
You will have the option to attach a copy of your resume and other documents related to your job search. Attachments are not searchable, but the data you type into your profile is searchable. Creating a detailed profile will increase the chances that you will be a "match" when a MultiCare recruiter searches the database for candidates who possess specific qualifications.
No. Once you complete and save a profile, it will remain in our recruitment system. You will be able to apply for future jobs by clicking the "Submit now" link and then logging into the system.
Yes. Once you create a profile you will be able to apply for up to 5 jobs at a time using the "job cart" feature.
Yes. It's important to be as detailed as possible when you create the profile. However, you will have the option to update particular sections of your saved profile.
Yes. Hit the "save as draft" button on your profile. You will have 30 days to complete your application. Once your profile is submitted, you will only be able to update the employment and contact information sections.
Sign in with your username and password. Then go to "View My Account". This will take you to a page that will show the status of your application.

Please click the "I have forgotten my password" link. You will receive an email from MultiCare with the subject line: "www.multicarejobs.org password has been changed" with further instruction. Spam blockers may prevent you from receiving the email regarding your username or password. You may want to add this email to your "Safe/Trusted email list". If you do not see the message in your inbox, check your trash or deleted mailbox.
Please, DO NOT USE THE BROWSER BACK, FORWARD, OR REFRESH buttons to navigate the application. This will cause unexpected results, including loss of data or being logged out of the system. Please use the navigational buttons within the online application site. These are located at the bottom of the pages.
Check your monitor settings in the "Control Panel" function of your personal computer. If you have increased the font size, you may have to restore the "normal" settings to see the entire page.
The system will log you out after 90 minutes. If this happens, your information will be lost if you have not previously saved it. If you close the screen, close your internet browser, or lose your internet connection before saving, your profile will not be saved and you will have to start over.
