Sound to Narrows™

Sound to Narrows offers a variety of distances and events for people of all walks of life. While the course and distance have changed over the years, the goals of fun, family, fitness, and friendly competition remain.

Rock the Foundation

Rock the Foundation is an exciting signature event that helps underwrite critical care needs for adult and  neonatal services within Tacoma General and Allenmore Hospitals. The event includes a lively dinner auction and features a private concert in an intimate setting. Our first Rock the Foundation event held in September 2009 brought Wynonna Judd before our guests who included community and business leaders, physicians and other ardent MultiCare supporters.
