Asian Counseling Services Round Table
Asian Counseling Services (ACS) is an ethnic minority mental health clinic primarily for the Asian/Pacific Island refugee and immigrant communities. ACS has been providing bilingual services for people from Cambodia, Korea, Vietnam and the Pacific Islands since 1985. Specialized, culturally competent and sensitive services are available for people of all ages: Elder, Adult, Youth and Children.

SERVICES

  • Clinical assessment and person-centered treatment planning
  • Individual, group and family therapy
  • Case management, advocacy and help accessing community resources
  • Psycho-education and support for family members
  • Access to psychiatric evaluation, medication management and consultation with psychiatric medical professionals
  • Crisis management
  • Services are provided in the home, community and ACS office


VICTIMS’ SERVICES

  • Free counseling is available for any victims of sexual assault or general crime, including identity theft.
  • Secondary victims, such as family members, are eligible for services as well.

*Asian/Pacific Islander mental health consultation is available to other mental health agency providers.

Payment Options

ACS provides high quality and affordable services. For mental health services, ACS accepts Medicaid, Medicare and most private insurance plans. Other programs are offered on a sliding-fee scale based on household income.
