Light Up a Life

Join us for the 22nd Annual MultiCare • Good Samaritan Hospice Light Up a Life Memorial Celebration.

This candlelight ceremony in memory of your loved ones, features inspirational readings, special music, a video tribute and a time of reflection & sharing of memories.

There will be a reception following the service.

To include a picture of your loved one in the video tribute, please send your digital images to luella.loudenback@multicare.org no later than November 15th. If you do not receive a confirmation email that the image was received, please call: 253.301.6400 and ask for Luella Loudenback. If you are unable to send your picture in a digital format, please call Luella for other options.
