Prepared Childbirth Class
This class is on Saturday and Sunday, Oct 25th, 2008 to Oct 26th, 2008 from 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
Designed for soon-to-be parents who haven't taken previous prepared childbirth classes. This comprehensive course provides valuable information about all aspects of pregnancy, childbirth and beyond. You'll learn about breathing and relaxation techniques, stages of labor and delivery, medications, and anesthetics for labor and delivery, cesarean delivery, caring for yourself after the birth, newborn characteristics, and feeding your new baby.
Class size is limited and pre-registration is required. Online registrants will receive a call to confirm their place in class.
Please bring to class two pillows, a blanket, and your "Little Miracles" prenatal notebook, if you have one. Payment or coupon is due before class date.
