Customer Relations
Good Samaritan Hospital is committed to providing quality care to all of our patients. Information directly from our patients is the best way to know how we are doing. There is a patient representative available to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about your care at Good Samaritan.
The patient representative will respond to all inquiries about the hospital’s services, including your bill or other concerns. We will follow up with others in the hospital, when appropriate, and respond back to you with the results of what we found out.
Contacting a patient representative:
- Days/times available: Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm
- If you’re calling from within the hospital, dial 1950 to be connected to Customer Relations
- If you’re calling from outside of the hospital, call 253-697-1950
- If you call after hours and a patient representative is not available, please leave a message on our voice mail. You can also call the operator and then ask for the nursing supervisor.
