Maternal Fetal Medicine Physicians
Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialists, also known as perinatologists, are obstetrician-gynecologists who have completed advanced training in the care of very high-risk pregnancies and births. They care for mothers who are at risk of complications before the baby is born, in consultation with your OB-GYN physician or family practice obstetrician. Maternal Fetal Medicine doctors are by physician referral only.
