Counselor Speaking with PatientPuyallup Valley Institute (PVI) is a division of Good Samaritan Behavioral Health that provides counseling and psycho-therapeutic services to adults, children and families for a wide range of behavior and emotional problems.

Issues and concerns commonly addressed include marital and family problems, adjusting to life changes, stress management, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and work- or school-related problems. PVI clinical therapists are licensed and are covered by most insurance plans.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

MultiCare is committed to supporting employees’ health and well-being. One avenue of support is the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This Program offers free counseling, as well as an option for legal and financial consultation services with free initial consultation and additional reduced fee services.
