MultiCare participates in a wide variety of health insurance plans. Most of those plans are listed below. Since plan coverage is frequently updated it is always a good idea to check with your insurance company for current information about your plan and the coverage it provides for your choice of hospital, physician, service or procedure.
If you don't see your particular plan listed, contact your health insurance plan (the member services phone number will usually be listed on your ID card) to find out what, if any, coverage is available to you when you receive services from MultiCare.

MultiCare does not accept discount card programs.
Financial assistance is available to eligible patients. Eligibility is based, among other factors, upon family income and number of family members in the household. If you are on Medicare and have questions regarding your Medicare insurance options, you are invited to contact the MultiCare Medicare Insurance Helpline at 866-391-4448. The Medicare Insurance Helpline is serviced by MedicareCompareUSA, a Medicare Specialty insurance agency and call center that represents the Medicare plans accepted by MultiCare physicians and hospitals.
The Medicare Insurance Helpline is provided to MultiCare patients at no cost and with no obligation. Medicare patients are also free to contact Medicare plans directly, work with any licensed Medicare insurance agent, or access Medicare plan information by calling 800-MEDICARE or online at medicare.gov.
