If you're interested in health care, MultiCare can help you make the right career choice. We have a variety of programs that help you explore career options and gain the experience you need to get into a good school or get a good job after graduation.

Nurse Camp

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to work in health care? Well, here's your chance to explore some exciting careers—and it’s absolutely free!

Introduced in 2003, Nurse Camp has grown to include other health care careers such as Pharmacy, Imaging and Physical Therapy. Applications are distributed to local high schools in late fall and are due in March. For more information, email NurseCamp@multicare.org

Job Shadows

Job shadows involve shadowing a professional in a given area of the health system. It gives you the chance to experience career options before deciding on a specific path. It can also help fulfill the career exploration requirements to complete your high school diploma. Volunteer Opportunities

Each of these programs requires that you complete an application, pass a background check and complete our health evaluation. This is to ensure a safe environment for you, our employees and our patients.
