Adult Day Health
The MultiCare Adult Day Health Center is a community-based program that helps participants continue to live as independently as possible. We strive to help people stay in the highest level of independent living for as long as possible and give them and their caregivers options and hope. We offer a supportive, compassionate environment committed to fulfilling the goals of the participant and their family:
- Regaining or maintaining their independence

- Maintaining or improving functional mobility
- Managing chronic conditions
- Providing companionship and activities for those who would be too isolated at home
- Offering support, peace of mind and respite for caregivers
- Advocacy for community and social services
Good Samaritan provides a variety of adult day services for disabled and older adults who have disabling conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease, multiple sclerosis, stroke and developmental disabilities. Staffers help disabled adults improve or maintain their health and basic living skills, which may postpone the need for a higher level of care. Call 253-539-3706 for more information.
A special Adult Day Health Program is offered in our Parkland facility called Orchard Hill Respite Center. Orchard Hill offers 24-hour-a-day service to those with dementia or mild to severe memory impairment. For more information, please call 253-539-9185.
Adult Day Health Services are also available in Tacoma through MultiCare Adult Day Health. For more information call 253-459-7222.
