YMCA Camp Seymour Women's Wellness Weekend

YMCA Camp Seymour provides an affordable opportunity for women to get away from it all, celebrate life and spend time together in the outdoors. Women's Wellness Weekend includes a variety of indoor and outdoor activities, motivating guest speakers and lots of time for rest, relaxation, and fun!

Robin Beeson, Registered Dietican from MultiCare will present "Portion Distortion" and Jill Ghent, DPT, ATC, will present Fitness Through the Ages.
