Women's Wellness Weekend

Join the YMCA at Camp Seymour for Women's Wellness Weekend. This weekend provides an affordable opportunity for women to get away from it all, celebrate life and spend time together in the outdoors. Our program includes a variety of indoor and outdoor activities, motivating guest speakers and lots of time for rest, relaxation, and fun!
Dr. Moritz Bartels and Dr. Laura Rogers from MultiCare will be speakers at lunch on Saturday March 20.
