Gestational Diabetes Class

A two hour session offered weekly at all locations, designed for mother’s-to-be and their partners to share experiences and learn together how to manage diabetes during pregnancy. Individual appointments are also available.

Here are just a few of the subjects that are covered.

  • Healthy meal planning
  • Self-monitoring of blood glucose
  • Diabetes medication
  • Exercise safety
  • Prevention of long-term complications
  • Research updates
