South Sound Diabetes Day Of Wellness

This is the 1st annual South Sound Diabetes Day of Wellness event hosted by MultiCare Health System.

This free community event will feature a health fair and presentation by guest speaker, Jay Hewitt. Jay is an elite ironman triathlete, lawyer, and nationally recongnized diabetes speaker.

This event is a must for:
- Those who have pre-diabetes or diabetes
- Those who have a loved one with pre-diabetes or diabete
- Those who want to learn more about the disease

From 5-6 pm there will be a health fair, health screening, healthy food demos and tastings
The presentation will be from 6-7pm
