Awhonn Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring

Expands on the knowledge and principles presented in the AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Course and covers more complex concepts in a one-day session. This course uses a case study approach focusing on the analysis of complicated FHM patterns and characteristics and related case information.

Emphasis is on underlying maternal-fetal physiology, instrumentation, interpretation, intervention, verbal and written communication skills and risk management principles. 8 CE Credits.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
Experienced obstetrical nurses from the acute antepartum/intrapartum setting.
