Where would you like your gift to make a difference? ​You have multiple options to choose where your donation will be used. 100 percent of your donation goes to the fund you choose. If you choose to give to two or more funds, your donation will be split evenly among your choices. If you require a different ratio, please contact MultiCare Gives at 253-403-1787 or multicare.gives@multicare.org.

Below is a brief description of each fund.

Area of Greatest Need

The Area of Greatest Need program ensures that your donation supports that entity's most vital programs, for example, by purchasing lifesaving equipment or training to improve patient safety.

Helping Hands Fund

The Helping Hands programs provide short-term support to patients and their families or personal caregivers who require assistance with prescriptions, transportation, supplies and other services to meet basic human needs. The program is a key safety net for our patients in our community who experience unexpected financial setbacks as a result of their hospitalization and subsequent discharge.

Other

You do have other options besides Area of Greatest Need or Helping Hands to make a difference. You can select the 'other' option on the MultiCare Gives pledge form and fill in the fund or program name that has a special meaning to you. Examples: Tree House: A Place for Families or MultiCare - Good Samaritan Hospice program.
