WANT TO QUIT TOBACCO?
If you are curious about quitting tobacco, in the middle of quitting, struggling with relapse, wanting to help someone else quit tobacco, or wanting to develop strategies for staying quit for life, this confidential group is for you. Meets weekly, drop-ins welcome! Please call to confirm group location before first visit. No registration required. Low-cost nicotine patches may be available.
Topics include: Tobacco addiction, successful cessation practices, individualized quit plans, nicotine replacement therapies, cessation medications, withdrawal symptoms, copying skills, relapse, recovery, stress management, nutrition, and exercise.
