Our Community Involvement
A lot of what goes into promoting good health happens beyond exam rooms and operating suites, out in the community. That’s why you’ll find MultiCare connected with everything from sponsoring free community health seminars and offering free car seat checks and bicycle helmet fitting at health fairs to partnering with the YMCA and other organizations.
Charity Care
Our voluntary charity care policies are among the most generous in the country. All patients with income below 200 percent of the poverty level ($40,000 per year for a family of four) receive a 100 percent discount, and patients with income between 200-300 percent receive a graduated discount. Mary Bridge patients with family income below the 300 percent level, ($61,950 per year for a family of four) receive a 100 percent discount. Learn more about charity care at MultiCare.

MultiCare is committed to providing our region with superior health care, and we strive to bring the latest health care technologies to this area to do so.
But we can’t do it alone. It is only with the generous support of the communities we serve that MultiCare will continue to succeed in our mission of delivering quality patient care to residents of the South Sound and beyond. To aid us in getting our message out there, MultiCare has three foundations, which are tasked with helping us raise the funds we need to offer our patients superior care.
