Day Surgery

MultiCare’s ambulatory surgery center is a state-of-the-art center providing a broad array of surgical services that do not require a hospital stay, including: Orthopedics Urology Gynecology General surgery procedures such as mass and cyst removal, biopsies and hernia repair

The center features three all-digital surgical suites. All pre- and post-operative services, such as imaging, lab and pharmacy, are available onsite.

Patients using the center will have the convenience of comprehensive services, including pre-admission screening and a modern procedure center for conditions that require minimally invasive therapy, diagnostic work-up or procedural sedation.

“This is a big step forward for the Gig Harbor community,” says MultiCare Gig Harbor Medical Park Administrator Mary Grubbs. “When we met with members of the community, we heard that a conveniently located day surgery center was a needed community asset. We are pleased to be able to provide this needed service.”
