Day Surgery
MultiCare Covington Clinic’s ambulatory surgery center is a great option for South King County patients who need surgery, but don’t have to stay in the hospital overnight. The center provides a broad array of “day surgery” procedures, including:- Orthopedics

- General surgery procedures (such as mass and cyst removal, biopsies and hernia repair)
- Ear, Nose and Throat

The center features three surgical suites and all pre-surgery and post-surgery services, such as imaging, lab and pharmacy, are available onsite.
Our modern procedure center offers options for patients who need minimally invasive therapy, diagnostic work-up or sedation. Three overnight beds (short stay unit) are also available for patients with certain conditions that may require extra monitoring after surgery, such as sleep apnea special pain control requirement.
