Parking

Please remember that parking is at a premium at all locations.  Refer to the parking maps in your new hire letter from Human Resources. New hires attending NEO at the Jackson Hall location can take the off-site shuttle from the Life Center Church parking lot,  which will drop off directly in front of Jackson Hall.  New hires attending NEO at Good Samaritan can take the Shuttle from the Bronze lot at the fairgrounds. We do not cover pay lot parking for any employees at any location for NEO, if you choose to park in a pay lot; you will be responsible for the fee.

Carpool to Work

Parking is at a premium at all of our locations. MultiCare has designated parking spaces for the exclusive use of employees who car or vanpool to work. Carpoolers are asked to carpool a minimum of three days per week, or as frequently as possible, schedules permitting.  On days when all carpool members drive to work alone, carpool spaces may not be used.

Car and vanpools must register with the CTR Program Coordinator or the Employee Transportation Coordinator (ETC). Once issued, the carpool permit must be displayed when parking in the reserved areas.

Smart Commuter

Updated shuttle schedules are now available to help employees get to work efficiently and quickly. Shuttles run every 10-20 minutes, making your commute to the MultiCare Medical Center stress-free. If you have a meeting at Fawcett, the EPIC trailers, the 124 Building or Allenmore just hop on a shuttle!  Shuttles run Monday – Friday, 6am-8pm. Schedules are available on the shuttles; in the MMC, Allenmore and Fawcett cafeterias; MMC Security Office and on MHSnet.

The standard shuttle route runs from Life Center Church to MultiCare Medical Center, EPIC trailers, Fawcett 124 Building and Allenmore Hospital. To catch a shuttle, park at the Life Center Church, located at 1717 South Union Ave., near Allenmore Hospital. MultiCare has 250 reserved parking spots. Allenmore Hospital security routinely patrols the area.
