Employment Program & Services
The focus of the ENRICH Employment Program is facilitate meaningful community contribution through employment.
Services provided are based on individual strengths and preferences. Assistance is provided to the individual, their family and support networks to determine the best job placement. Once career goals are identified, a plan is set in place to develop activities that meet the needs to secure appropriate employment.
In addition, ENRICH provides pre- and post-hire support and retention services to both the participant and the employer; including providing additional training.
