Focus on Healing
Focus on Healing exercise class is open to both the public and employees who are cancer survivors. The classes are offered free of charge. The exercise class accommodates participants at any fitness level and allows time for rest, as well as options for those who have decreased energy. Enjoy learning new ways to gain back your range of motion, decrease your pain, and increase your energy and stamina.
Class is held at MultiCare Gig Harbor Medical Park, Community Room.
Early registration is not required; you can sign up when you attend your first class.
