How do I get on the invitation list for Jinglebell Jam or Gala?

When does Ladies Night Out registration open?
Ladies Night Out registration is only available online and will open in September 2012. Registration closes on November 16. This event sells out quickly, be sure to register in late September.
Where is Festival of Trees located and how do I get there?
Festival of Trees is located on the fifth floor in the Greater Tacoma Convention & Trade Center.
Street address: 1500 Broadway, Tacoma, Washington
Sound Transit Tacoma Link light rail stops directly in front of the new convention center. We encourage Festival visitors to take advantage of the free rides available on this train.To get there: Follow Interstate 5 towards Tacoma. At exit 133, turn right onto ramp towards I-705/City Center. Keep left to stay on ramp towards City Center/I7-5. Turn left onto ramp towards A Street/City Center. Keep left to stay on ramp towards South 15th Street/Pacific Avenue. Follow South 15th Street two blocks, and the Convention Center will be on your left. Enter parking lots A or B from 17th Street and Broadway. The A lot is under the Convention Center building, and elevators to the 5th floor are just inside the building. Parking rates are set by the City of Tacoma and will depend upon your length of stay.
What is "Special Tours" and who can attend?
On Thursday, November 28, from 9am to 2pm, Festival of Trees opens up viewing to groups with special needs. For Special Tours, admission is free; however, in order to receive this free admission, groups must email festival@multicare.org.
When is Public Day viewing and how much does it cost?
Festival of Trees is open to the public on Saturday, December 1 from 10am to 3pm and Sunday, December 2 from 11am to 4pm.
Public Day Admissions:
General: $6 each
Students (ages 13-18): $2 each
Children 12 and under are FREE
What does Festival of Trees benefit?
Festival benefits Mary Bridge Children's Hospital.
How do I donate an item to the event?
- Complete and return the Procurement Form to the Festival Office.
- Email festival@multicare.org if you have any questions.
- All Procurement Forms are due on September 1, 2012; all items to be delivered to the Festival office by November 16.
I am unable to attend the event; how do I make a monetary donation to Festival of Trees?
How does an individual purchase a tree?
The trees are auctioned off at Gala, on Friday, November 30. Please email us if you are interested in attending this event.

How do I register to volunteer for the event?
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Festival! We are currently updating our Volunteer Applications, Job Assignments and overall application process. Please check the Volunteer Page in June for the finalized 2012 information.
