New Identification Badges will be Distributed June 24-29
MultiCare has been preparing to replace our identification badges to accommodate our growing security badge needs and make it easier for patients to see who we are and what our roles are. All providers (community and MultiCare employed) will be able to pick up their new badges at a variety of locations from Monday, June 24 – Saturday, June 29.

FDA Warning Regarding Azithromycin
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is warning the public that azithromycin (Zithromax or Zmax) can cause abnormal changes in the electrical activity of the heart that may lead to a potentially fatal irregular heart rhythm. This communication is a result of FDA review of a study that assessed the potential for azithromycin to cause abnormal changes in the electrical activity of the heart.
