Sound to Narrows participants can support MultiCare's Center for Healthy Living's mission of choosing a healthy lifestyle. Research indicates that a healthy lifestyle may prevent up to 70% of common life-threatening diseases, including obesity. Raise a minimum of $100 per person, and you, your family, friends, neighbors or co-workers can participate and qualify for great incentive prizes.
