The MultiCare Center For Healthy Living is well-known for its popular, low-cost health education and prevention programs. Now through the MultiCare Healthy@Work program, the Center can bring these proven effective, community-based programs directly into your workplace. In study after study, workplace wellness programs have been found to be one of the best investments companies can make. They return from $3 to $8 in value for every dollar spent. It’s easy to see why. Such programs reduce absenteeism, boost productivity, raise morale, lower health care costs and cut workers’ compensation claims, while enhancing loyalty, recruitment and retention. So it’s no wonder that among worksites with at least 50 employees, more than 80 percent offer wellness programs of some kind.
