Interventional Neuroradiology
The MultiCare Research Institute has participated in a number of device trials with our Interventional Radiologists including clinical trials for:- Carotid Artery Stenosis
- Cerebral Artery Stenosis
- Acute Stroke
The Institute and Investigators are very proud of the work done in the SAMMPRIS trial, a federally funded trial for the prevention of strokes in patients with cerebral artery stenosis. It is a difficult trial and the site selection process was very rigorous.
The Investigators for the Interventional Neuroradiology trials include:
Brian Kott, MD (Principal Investigator)
John Huddlestone, MD, FAAN, Neurology (Co-Principal Investigator for SAMMPRIS)
