How long have you been volunteering for MultiCare? Over 4 years.
Why do you volunteer? I receive a great deal of satisfaction from assisting people. My volunteer position requires me to use skills I acquired while on active duty with the US Army as a Personnel Officer.
What do you like best about volunteering? After orientation and training I was given full reign at the Information Desk; I couldn’t have been happier. A volunteer position that allows for and creates autonomy is to my liking!!
What would you say to someone who is interested in volunteering at MultiCare? Volunteering with MultiCare is personally satisfying. Volunteers work as team members. At MultiCare you will be respected. When you volunteer for MultiCare your education, experience, and dedication count and contribute to the patient experience as well our community.
