Gear Transport provided by UPS
The gear transport crew provided by UPS will deliver your bags to the lobby of the hotels and motels on our list by 2 p.m. each day and will pick up your bags at each location starting at 9:00 a.m. each morning. UPS will also deliver bags to the campground at Suncadia in Cle Elum and Leavenworth Middle School in Leavenworth by 1 p.m. each day. On Monday, UPS will drop all bags at the finish line by 2 p.m.
Please keep the weight of each bag under 50lbs. UPS crew will not transport any individual bag weighing more than 50lbs.

If you are not camping, pay attention to the proximity of overnight accommodations you choose as they relate to the post-event programming. Staying in the core village center of Cle Elum and Leavenworth is highly recommended.
Cle Elum is located 2 miles downhill from Suncadia Resort, the overnight camping hub. The village of Roslyn is located 2 miles uphill from Suncadia resort.
In Leavenworth, festivities are spread out. The evening program, dinner and breakfast is located at the Lions Club park in the city center and the beer garden is typically at the west end of town. Overnight camping is at the Cascade Middle School toward the East end of town and close to the course for morning departure. There will be a Courage Classic shuttle operating to move riders between these spots.
