Accessing Medical Records
MultiCare gives you, or your authorized representatives, two options for accessing your MultiCare medical records:
- View your information via MyChart
- Request a complete copy of your medical records
Use MyChart to access your medical record
MyChart is MultiCare’s secure, web-based patient information portal. You can log in online from the MyChart home page, or use the MyChart mobile app, to review information from your medical record, including:
- Test and imaging results information
- Allergy information
- Past medications
- Past visit information, including patient instructions
If you don’t already have a MyChart account, you can request an account access code from the MyChart home page.
