Recently MultiCare Maple Valley Clinic received Level III designation as a Medical Home through the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). This is the highest level designation available for Health Home programs and MultiCare Maple Valley Clinic is the third organization in Washington State to achieve Level III status.
The team invested in your health at MultiCare Maple Valley Clinic includes doctors, a physician’s assistant, nurses, medical assistants, receptionists and patient coordinators, all working together to provide comprehensive patient-centered care guided by your personalized Life Care Plan.
