MultiCare Spanaway Clinic and Urgent Care

Whether you need a same-day appointment for an acute condition, regular care to help you manage a chronic illness, or preventive care such as annual physicals and well-child checks, family practice at MultiCare Spanaway Clinic is here to care for you and your family.

And if you need medical attention for a minor illness or injury when your physician isn’t available, rest assured that you still have access to the best of care. Our Urgent Care Center is open every day, even in the evening and on weekends, offering the staff, resources and quality of care you would receive in your regular doctor’s office.

Same or Next-day Appointments Available

When you need to be seen today or tomorrow, MultiCare Spanaway Clinic now offers same-day and next-day appointments. We call it Advanced Access Scheduling, which is our way of saying that you don’t have to wait to visit your provider. But if you prefer to plan ahead, we still offer appointments weeks in advance. Next day or next week, find a time that fits your life.

Same-day visits will now be available for most appointments, including:

  • Sick/urgent visits
  • Blood pressure checks/diabetic checks/cholesterol checks
  • Annual physicals/gynecological exams/school physicals
  • Routine follow-ups
