(TACOMA)--MultiCare Health System has received the Hope Award from the National Multiple Sclerosis Society of Washington.

            The honor was given at the 2008 Dinner of Champions, a premier gala event held at the Grand Hyatt Seattle. This prestigious award honors those who have made a significant contribution to the fight against Multiple Sclerosis.

            “Earning the Hope Award is a great honor for our team,” says Tacoma Neurologist John Huddlestone, MD. “The work we are doing for MS in Tacoma through the MultiCare Neurosciences Center of Washington is groundbreaking and much has been accomplished in recent years.
