Covington MultiCare Urgent Care Center to extend hours
Community urgent care center now open longer than any other in the area

(COVINGTON) – The community’s first urgent care center will soon offer longer morning, evening and weekend hours.
Beginning Sunday, June 22, the Covington MultiCare Urgent Care Center will be open Monday through Friday, 7 am to 10 pm and 7 am to 6 pm Saturday, Sunday and most holidays, except Thanksgiving and Christmas. The urgent care center is at 17700 SE 272nd St. in Covington.
Opened in 1993, the Covington MultiCare Urgent Care Center is perfectly equipped to handle minor injuries and illnesses. Patients who come to an urgent care center instead of a hospital emergency room will experience shorter wait times and reduced costs, but still have immediate access to a physician, lab and x-ray services on site. Having these services available on site enables a physician to order the necessary testing to aid in the diagnosis of the medical problem in a much more efficient manner.
