Good Samaritan Healthcare Resource Center Relocating November 24th
PUYALLUP, WA- Beginning November 24th, 2008 the Good Samaritan Healthcare Resource Center (anticoagulation, diabetes and nutrition) will be relocated to 2622 S. Meridian, Puyallup. The new site is located just two blocks south of the current center. The clinic will be closed November 22nd and 23rd for this transition.
The move will allow staff at the Healthcare Resource Center to expand services. At the new location, the Center will require all clients to schedule an appointment for services.
