Festival of Trees: Designer honors law enforcement
Theresa Wolland lost a neighbor and a friend - and the community lost a protector - two years ago when Pierce County Sheriff's Deputy Kent Mundell was killed in the line of duty. In his honor and in honor of the thousands of other law enforcement workers in Washington, Wolland designed a Christmas tree called "A Thin Blue Line" for the Mary Bridge Children's Hospital Festival of Trees.
