“I’m a kid nurse, so obviously I like to play with toys,” says Amy McGlinchy, RN, at the Mary Bridge Child Express in Gig Harbor. “I look for anyway I can connect with the kids. Sometimes when they first arrive, they won’t even look at me. But if I show them my LEGOs, then all of a sudden we’re best friends forever.”
