All clear: police responded to nonspecific threat at MultiCare
About 1 p.m. Tuesday, MultiCare Health System received a nonspecific threat at the main campus of Tacoma General Hospital and Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital & Health Center.
After investigating the threat, staff and law enforcement determined there was no danger and called the all clear about 3:30 p.m.
The campus remained open as MultiCare officials worked with the Tacoma Police Department to investigate the threat. All of MultiCare's locations in Tacoma were investigated and nothing was found to be suspicious.
Thanks to all of our patients, our employees and the Tacoma Police Department for their assistance.
