Run, walk or crawl the Roman Meal Sound to Narrows race
Join your friends and neighbors for a Pierce County tradition.
Register now online for the 39th annual Roman Meal Sound to Narrows race June 11 for runners and walkers in Tacoma. Distances for all ages and abilities: 12K run/walk, 5K short course, 5K Teen Race, 2K Junior Shuffle and the famous 20-yard Diaper Dash. All events start and end at Vassault Park.
Proceeds benefit MultiCare Health System's Center for Healthy Living, which promotes healthy lifestyles for children and families.
What: Roman Meal Sound to Narrows
When: June 11
Where: Vassault Park, 6100 N. 37th St., Tacoma
Cost: Early Bird: $30 per person (through May 31). Individual: $35 per person (June 1 - June 11). Team: $25 per person, for teams of 20 or more adults, all entries must be sent together in one envelope. 5K Teen Run: $10 (ages 12-18). Child: FREE (11 and younger, no shirt). Youth shirt: $8.
