MultiCare's statement on the health care reform ruling
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act was largely upheld by the Supreme Court today. The individual mandate to purchase health insurance was reaffirmed by the Court, providing more access for thousands of residents in our area. That is a good thing for the health of our community.
