Grays Harbor Community Hospital and MultiCare Health System announced today they have signed a Letter of Intent to establish an affiliation network between the two health systems.

Update: Siblings of any age may visit newborns at Birth Centers
On March 26, 2013, MultiCare Health System lifted the visitor restrictions that were put in place to protect newborns in the Family Birth Centers. Siblings of any age are allowed to visit the Birth Center, but children younger than 13 who are not siblings of the baby are still restricted. Some restrictions are still in place at Tacoma General's high-risk nurseries, at Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital, and at the Mary Bridge Pediatric Care Unit at Good Samaritan Hospital.

MultiCare emphasizes FDA warning about Azithromycin side effect
