MultiCare employs over 2,000 RNs and 300 LPNs. These nurses appreciate our manageable patient ratios, low vacancy rates and commitment to professional development.

MultiCare also offers one of the largest and most successful RN Residency programs on the West Coast. We also offer an active Nurse Technician Program that is an excellent way to gain paid experience while still in school.
