MultiCare employs over 2,000 RNs and LPNs. These nurses appreciate our manageable patient ratios, low vacancy rates and commitment to professional development.

MultiCare offers one of the largest and most successful RN Residency programs on the West Coast. We also provide an LPN-to-RN bridge program to help LPNs prepare for higher-paying RN positions. If graduation is still far away, you may also want to explore our Nurse Technician program. This is an excellent way to gain experience while you’re still in nursing school.
