Outpatient MeasuresYou'll find information here on how MultiCare's primary care physicians and outpatient clinics are doing based on national guidelines for recommended health screenings and for taking care of patients with chronic diseases. We've adopted these guidelines because we know they help keep our patients healthy, improve their quality of life and help them avoid hospital stays. The measurements below are primarily provided by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).
MultiCare is committed to helping our patients stay healthy. We want to help our patients learn more about what they can do to keep healthy and prevent disease.
- Cancer Detection
- Chlamydia Screening
- Heart Disease & Stroke Prevention
- Smoking Cessation Treatment or Counseling
Patients with chronic diseases, such as diabetes and high blood pressure, often have to deal with these conditions on an ongoing basis, perhaps for the rest of their lives. MultiCare provides our patients with care and resources that helps them manage these diseases and maintain the best possible quality of life.
