Pierce County Biggest Winner
MultiCare Center for Healthy Living, in partnership with Pierce County Gets Fit, is launching the fourth Pierce County Biggest Winner program. The 2010 program will include 10 to 20 companies. Each company will sponsor two employees to compete to lose weight over a 14 week period.
Pierce County Biggest Winner program includes before and after health assessments, individual sessions with a registered dietitian and health and wellness coach, nutrition and fitness classes, a 14 week exercise program at the YMCA, and lots of encouragement along the way! Books and materials are provided and prizes will be rewarded for Pierce County Biggest Winners. The winners will be announced and prizes awarded at the Roman Meal Sound to Narrows event.
