Pierce County Families Get Fit & Healthy
Local YMCA's in partnership with MultiCare Center for Health Living are here to help you gain the knowledge, skills, and attitudes your family needs to live healthier lives!
Families Get Fit & Healthy is a lifestyle program for families with children 7 – 12 and 13-16 years of age.
Each 5 week program includes:
• Family activity sessions lead by trained YMCA personnel 1 night/wk
• Family nutrition classes lead by a Registered Dietitian 1 night/wk

Fee: $50 per child, $100 per child for non-YMCA members.
